About Me ...

Hi there, my name is Karen Wilson and I currently reside in Willow Beach, Ontario, Canada. I have been playing with camera's since I was very young and as I grew older, it became more of a passion than a hobby. Being married with 2 children, we lead a busy life and therefore a lot of photo opportunities and camera is usually in hand, especially at family functions. Two yrs ago my husband and children surprised me with a Nikon D90 and since then, they have bought me a 70-300mm lens and for my birthday this yr, they bought me a 150-500mm lens which has been a lot of fun to use and I get some amazing shots with it. I do my editing using Photoshop Elements 9. Now that my children are getting older, I would love to turn my photography passion/hobby into something more. This is something I absolutely love to do and it gives me the opportunity to meet new people and to challenge myself as well.
